The approved style of fence is the Shadow Box style for the side and rear of
each lot at Harrison's Walk, Panama City Beach, FL 32407.
Fence must be 6 feet tall, 4x4 post, 3 lateral 2x4 treated supports per
section. Stainless steel 3 inch screws with 3 screws per lateral. 1 x 6 pressure
treated, dog ear boards with a 3.5 inch gap between boards and offset on center
for the back side for a total privacy look straight on.
This style fence looks finished on the inside and the outside and allows the
wind to flow through.
Approved fence contractor. Latest quote was $18.00 per foot material and
labor.
